1. Paper feeding department:
1. 3. Suction assists paper feeding, negative pressure fan 7.5KW, manual air flow can be adjusted according to different cardboard bending conditions to ensure smooth paper feeding. Use a brush to remove dust, paper scraps and other debris on the surface of the cardboard to improve printing quality.
4. The die-cutting department is equipped with a chain control switch to control the emergency stop of paper feeding. Paper lifting and dropping are driven by air cylinders, which are quick and labor-saving.
5. The paper-drawing roller is made of seamless steel tube, covered with wear-resistant rubber, for dynamic and static balance.
6. Adopting four-row roller paper feeding system at the leading edge of Shandong "Komori Seiko", simple operation and high precision. The amount of extension can be adjusted, and the production adaptability is strong. Speed-increasing transmission is more stable, suitable for warping, thin cardboard transmission, and the effect is obvious. Feed the paper accurately.
7. Standard configuration (see Figure-1): suitable for various corrugated corrugated paperboards, with stable system performance and paper feeding accuracy of ±1mm. The negative pressure suction flat leading edge paper feeding method ensures efficient and accurate feeding of various corrugated cardboard. Interleaved paper feeding device (continuous or interleaved paper feeding can be selected as required).
8. Electric adjustment of the side baffle; electric adjustment of the position of the rear block; manual adjustment of the upper and lower gap positions of the front baffle, equipped with a paper aligning device. Combined with the pneumatic elastic paper feeding mechanism, it is conducive to the smooth input of the cardboard after the line is crimped. The cardboard bracket adopts electric front and back adjustment to adapt to the size of the cardboard.
9. The main screen displays the order set number and actual production number, and the anilox roller will be manually separated from the printing plate automatically when the quota is completed.

Machine group

Speed difference compensation device

Introduction to the function of universal knife mold;
1. In addition to the main function of standard round press and die cutting, it is also equipped with four sets of steel die holders. Convenient disassembly and assembly, simple adjustment.
2. The whole set of tool mold base is made of 45# steel, which is manufactured by mold processing technology. There are one corner cutting tool holder and three slotting tool holders respectively. The tool holders are two-open and easy to disassemble and assemble.
3. The die-cutting roller has a thicker wall than the ordinary round die roller. The roller body has a circular arc groove transversely processed, and a hexagonal steel adjustment rod is installed inside to adjust the height of the box (that is, the usual four-knife synchronization). A circular die serrated blade is installed on the side of the die frame, and the front knife is the start and stop knife, and it is also usually a fixed knife. The other knife can be slid and adjusted back and forth with the inner teeth of the knife holder, and the height of the carton can be adjusted synchronously. In addition, four square grooves are added horizontally, and a rack is installed inside to adjust the length and width of the carton. The products produced by the knife mold have the same effect as the standard round die-cutting, and are beautiful and clean. This function replaces the standard circular die-cutting to make ordinary industrial cartons, and the function of making templates is necessary. Grinding repair mechanism
