The single facer is one of the important equipment of the corrugated box production line. The forming quality of the corrugated cardboard has a great relationship with the correct use and maintenance of the corrugated fingerless single facer. The corrugated fingerless single facer produces corrugated core paper (a special name for corrugated paper in cardboard). In the corrugated packaging industry, it is known as the heart of the "corrugated cardboard production line".
Operating specifications of corrugated fingerless single facer:
1. It is strictly forbidden to smoke and use open flames in the corrugated fingerless single facer workshop, and it is strictly forbidden to light mosquito coils in the night shift. Drying clothes, objects or heating is strictly prohibited on the top and bottom of the corrugated roll paper bar to avoid fire.
2. The exposed part of the live conductor cannot be touched by the human body. The control cabinet and electrical cabinet are not allowed to be opened at will to avoid electric shock accidents.
3. Frequently clean the dust on electrical components, and strictly abide by the principle of cleaning and overhauling after turning off the power to prevent various safety hazards caused by short circuits caused by dust.
4. All machine operators are strictly prohibited from wearing gloves, and are not allowed to approach the rollers and corrugated rollers. If paper is caught in the rollers or corrugated rollers, they must be taken out after the machine stops.
5. Operators should tighten their hair and clothes during working hours to prevent safety accidents from being caught by the machine in operation.
6. The corrugated fingerless single facer operator has a concentrated mind during working hours. It is not allowed to go on a small errand, talk to others while working, and not to make jokes. Do not leave the job without permission, and do not turn on other people's machines without permission.
7. If machine failure is found during operation, it should be shut down immediately, and operation with disease is not allowed.
8. It is not allowed to put water cups, food and other sundries unrelated to work on the corrugated fingerless single facer.
9. After the work is completed, the pulp pan and the pulp roller must be cleaned to prevent corrosion. When cleaning, the sizing mechanism must be moved backward to start the pulp conveying motor for cleaning.
10. Employees should clean the machine body after get off work, clean around the corrugated fingerless single facer, and fill the machine with oil at a fixed point. When wiping with a cloth, the machine must be shut down. Before leaving, turn off the lights, fans, and circuit motors.
